Yes, I DO know what you're thinking. Yet nnother EriolxTomoyo fan!? Though, I'm quite pround to be one and I can't help it if they're both so adyorable together~ As most of you know, this coupling is just... impossible, I know. But who says dreamers can't dream? Afterall, it appears that in the anime (I don't know about the manga, haven't read that far yet.) that Kaho just lives in the Hiiragizawa Manor, but her relationshop with Eriol isn't officall yet. I personally have nothing against Kaho. I'm just not very interested in her character. Of course, Eriol seems less interested in Tomoyo than Kaho. That doesn't seem to discourage me at all though. I cherish every ExT moment!
If for some reason, Kaho left, Eriol would be available, ne? Now if you sat down and thought hard for a moment, Eriol and Tomoyo are quite similar, literally speaking of course. They're both super intelligent. They're both uber sweet! (Minues the fact that Eriol put Sakura through so much trouble with th Clow Cards.) They're always smiling and appear to be cheerful. They're great at hiding their true feelings. They give good advice. They're wonderful friends. They're both super observant. They are both so serene and thoughtful. They can even tell what one is feeling by a glance at their face, especially one's eyes. Did I mention they're very talented, too? Tomoyo with her talent of designing, filming, and signing and Eriol with his talent at the piano, sports, and evil schemes. Who knows what else they're good at. They're also both rich! I give them a plus for their similar appearance features. (Dark hair, dark eyes, etc.) I could go on and on... but I'll stop here.
Although, many might think Eriol is evil, he really isn't. He's the reincarnation of Clow Reed after all. It's his job to test Sakura and help her change all of her cards to Sakura Cards. If you've seen the end of the anime, or the manga, you'll truly see for yourself Eriol's intentions. When Sakura finally beat him in a match using the Light and Dark Clow Cards, Eriol wanted to give half of his magic to Fujitaka, Sakura's father who's the other half of the reincarnation of Clow Reed. Why? Eriol's only wish is to be a "normal" human. He doesn't wish to be the most powerful magician in the world. Thus, he wanted to give half of his magic away. Only Sakura has the ability to cast the spell to take away half of Eriol's magic and trasfer it into Fujitaka. To earn the power to cast that spell, she needed to defeat Eriol, which she did. I think Tomoyo and Eriol could have really liked each other, but then there was Kaho. But at least there were SOME interactions between the two characters. 'Tis better than none at all.
