The seventh version of the Firey Network was made in PS 7, sliced in PSP 8, coded in Notepad, and uploaded with WS_FTP. Templates of the angelwings on the splash page were from Imanimetions. The main filters used in this layout are Gaussian Blur, Twirl, and Shear. The Selection Tool, Pen Tool, Paint Brush, and Paint Bucket were the most used tools on this layout. The only brush used on this layout is the default Circle brush provided by Photoshop. It took a total of 1 day to make the layout using a total of 80 layers, and another day to code it. The lyrics on title bar are from the song Heaven by Bryan Adams. Fonts used are Century Gothic for the title, Arial for the small tech text, Georgia for o7, Times New Roman for the Start on the splash page, Vivaldi for the title and version number on the splash page, and Trebuchet MS for the actual written content. DIVs, CSS, frames, and iframes are used in this version.
I dedicate this oddly colorful layout to a good friend, Dan. Originally, this layout was supposed to be version six. It was also a bright orange color and was meant to be put up during the summer of 2004. However, my creativity kicked in and I made a better layout. So, I didn't use this one. I didn't want to trash it either. I decided to add a few more knickknacks to this one. And, I even used a gradient to make it more colorful and less blinding. (The original orange color was definently too bright. Heck, it even hurt my eyes.) I think it looks much better now. This version should be compatible with the newest versions of both Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
