It all began when I decided to host a small collective on Geocities called Fate & Soul. The name was from The Legend of Dragoon, one of my favorite games on PSone. Back then, I was still quite a newbie at web design, so my designs were very hideous. They were so horrible-looking that I wasn't able to bring myself to work on my sites. They were left quite neglected. I was also very HTML-illiterate. And the only graphic programs I had were Ifran View, MS Paint, and MS Photodraw. Soon, I began to make more friends. One of them, who owned a domain, offered to host my collective. I was flattered that she wanted to host my hideous collective. So, I moved into her domain, Aishiteru.Nu. From then on, I tried harder on my designs since being hosted gave me a boost of confidence. Later, my hostess moved her domain to Elhaym.Net, and I moved there as well. Then, my hostess moved her domain back to Aishiteru.Nu, again. It was a hassle to move back and forth, but I said nothing since I was honored to be hosted at all.
Before I knew it, Aishiteru.Nu was being sold. (My dear friend, Kyoko bought it.) All the hostees had to move out and either move into my hostess's other domain, Wingheart.Org, or find hosting elsewhere. Luckily, my beloved cousin, Koko of Moku-Moku.Net decided to take me in. I stayed there until my dad finally agreed to buy me my very own domain as a Christmas present. I plan to buy another domain once I have the money. (What I'll do with it is beyond me.) Or... if I ever have any money.
